Rho Gamma stands for recruitment guide. Rho Gammas are important during Formal Recruitment to help answer questions, guide potential new members to finding their new home, and assist the recruitment team in facilitating the recruitment process.

Rho Gammas step away from their own chapters to help potential new members find their new home away from home, by providing help and unbias guidance throughout recruitment weekend. Rho Gammas help assist and educate potential new members on the six amazing chapters that our campus has to offer.
